The LFW group is a Delhi based real estate conglomerate started by Mr Ghanshyam Dass in 1987. Today the group deals in residential construction, consulting, project management and trading of luxury apartments, kothis and builder floors in the elitist of colonies in South Delhi.
In 1987, Mr Ghanshyam Dass started working as a real estate broker by setting up a home office in Hauz Khas. He was soon joined by his 3 sons: Mr Vinod Singhal, Pramod Kumar and Yogesh Singhal. Thus started the journey of Lalaji Flatswale. Transparency and Trust were at the core of this business venture. With years of experience and a strong customer base, LFW group now expanded into construction of Luxury Residential Builder Apartments. In 1996, LFW started with their first project in South Delhi and never looked back. The group has since then grown steadily and battled many market wide real estate slowdowns including the one in 2008. With the market sentiment improving and interest rates bottoming out, the South Delhi residential real estate market has shown signs of improvement. Through hard work and dedication, Lalaji Flats Wale became one of the most venerated and trusted residential real estate services team in all of South Delhi and Gurgaon.
The latest addition to this more than 25 year old family run business is Vaibhav Singhal and Shashank Singhal. Vaibhav joined the family business after completing Bachelor’s in Environmental Engineering from the prestigious Delhi College of Engineering and recently completed his MBA in Finance from Indian School of Business, Hyderabad. Shashank on the other hand has competed his bachelors in business commerce from Shaheed Bhagat Singh College ,University of Delhi and is pursuing his masters degree in Family Business Administration from Indian School of Business, Hyderabad.
The new infusion of energy and ideas have transformed this traditional business house to a professionally run real estate firm. The group now operates out of a 3600 sqft office in a self-owned commercial building in Hauz Khas market. The focus of business has gradually shifted from brokerage to construction. The firm and its subsidiaries are currently developing around 20 projects under the brand name “LFW”(Registered), an increase of almost 50% over the last year same time.
